Chart A Path
How It Works
Grab A Chart
Download ours below, or draw one. It doesn’t have to be fancy; it just needs to work for you. Tip: Keep completed charts to look back, build, and reflect on.
Write Goals At The Top
Your goal or intention can be broad or specific, big or small. When we chart, sometimes we use the Focus Area as a shorthand.
Set Milestones
Think of these as chapters. Rather than focus on an end date or destination, consider notable moments along the journey — both what they are and when you’d like to arrive there.
Brainstorm Steps & Actions
In the left column, write down the actions you can take this week to move toward your goal, and make a small note of the number of days you think you will need to complete each step. Tip: Some actions may have multiple or tiered steps.
Include Weekly Life To-Do's
Maintaining a routine is critical to success! Add things like laundry and grocery shopping to your chart so everything’s in one place.
Check In & Check Off
As the week goes on, check off tasks as they’re completed—and recalibrate if you miss any.
Evaluate & Repeat
Every week will look different. Determine what worked and what didn’t. Take what’s helpful, leave what wasn’t, and move on to the next week.
